FREE Shipping in continental United States! 

We ship via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery which allows us to get your shipment to you quickly and reliably. And for most of the country, in 2 to 3 days!  Every item is inspected and packaged carefully before leaving our warehouse to ensure your items arrive safely. 

We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time. However, if you would like for us to ship to a freight forwarding company inside the US, we will be glad to accommodate. You will be responsible for working with that company on any import fees and shipping to your country.  There is no warranty on the items after they leave the freight forwarding company.

How We Ship

Before we ship out wheels, we open each box and carefully examine it for any blemishes or visible defects from the manufacturer. We then re-tape the box, reinforcing the edges. If you bought accessories, such as lug nuts or sensors or have large center caps that can't ship affixed to the wheel, you will find a label on one of the boxes noting the accessories are in that box.

When we ship out a wheel and tire package, they are shipped mounted and balanced. If lug nuts are included, they are typically wrapped in a padded envelope and secured into the back of one of the wheels. We wrap each wheel and tire in a few layers of shrink wrap, then place a piece of cardboard over the face of the wheel to protect it. We finish by wrapping the wheel and tire in shrink wrap. This method has worked well for us for over 20 years of shipping and allows for the wheels and tires to easily be rolled through the shipping facilities and delivered to your front door.

Returns Policy

New Wheel Return Policy

If you need to return a product, please call us at 877-247-2230 within 30 days of receiving your order.  Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition. Any Wheel that has had a tire mounted onto the wheel will not be eligible for return. There will be a 10% restocking fee.

If we sent you a different product from the one you ordered, please contact us by calling 877-247-2230.  We will replace the product and process your return at no charge. 

You need to inspect your items when they arrive. Any damage or blemishes cannot be warrantied once the wheel is installed on the vehicle or the item is used. If there was damage during shipping, please see below for details. If for any other reason, besides a wrong or defective product, you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

If you are experiencing issues once the product is installed, please contact us so that we can provide assistance with getting your wheeled and tires tested at an approved location to determine if there is a defect. The warranty period for out of round is 90 days from the original purchase.  

In the case a replacement product will be sent to you, we will send you a return tag to return the incorrect/defective product back to us.  Otherwise, when shipping an item back to us, we recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Buyers are responsible for verifying fitment prior to ordering. If you ordered an item that does not fit your vehicle, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and returning the product in the the same condition in which it was received. There will be a 10% restocking fee withheld from the refund.

Damaged Shipments

We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time, though, damage will occur despite our precautions.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please call us within 72 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a FedEx claim for the item.

Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material because FedEx, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. A representative may contact you to set up a convenient time to inspect and pick up the package for return. If FedEx does not come to inspect the package, or does not take it with them when they do come - please call us, and we will send you a Return tag to send the damaged product back to us.
